We would like to introduce an example of on-site improvements within our company that contribute to the enhancement of our customers' logistics. 5S refers to sorting, organizing, and other related practices, which directly impact work productivity, storage efficiency, and shipping error rates in logistics companies. Our company has promoted the thorough implementation of 5S with the goal of achieving a more productive and efficient logistics environment. As part of our efforts, we created work manuals for each shipper. By striving to visualize the processes as much as possible and enhancing readability, we were able to instill the work procedures in the field, resulting in increased work volume per hour and a reduction in errors.
